Description
Writing to Recover Journal
Journaling is a proactive step, something you do for yourself. Instead of waiting for someone to come to your rescue, you are rescuing yourself. You re learning more about yourself as well. Includes an affirmation at the top of each journal page. These affirmations get you thinking and serve as writing prompts. You don t have to be a writer to benefit from journaling. All you need is a pencil or pen and the ability to write sentences. If you can t write a sentence, write a word that links you with your loss, such as love.
