Description
For Children Grieving the Death of a Parent
Molly and her mommy and daddy loved going to the beach. They would find shells and splash in the water, but their favorite thing to do was to wait until it was dark so they could see the stars and pick out the brightest one.
But things started to change and they had not been to the beach in a long time. Molly’s mommy became very sick and died. Molly’s life was turned upside down. On top of everything else, Molly has to draw a picture of her family for a school project. What could she possibly draw now that her mommy has died?
For children who have a parent die of an illness, cancer, covid and other terminal diagnosis.
